Join us for the launch of Ultra Space: A Zero Gravity Proxy for Objects and Architecture and an accompanying artifact exhibition of student projects. The opening celebration will take place on Wednesday, May 20, from 5–9 PM at 100 North 3rd Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn (Broodworks). The show will be on view by appointment through the first week of June.

The book is written by Dana Karwas & Chaitanya Harshita Nedunuri Kahn, designed by Xiwen Zhang and edited by Olga Kedya. The publication captures more than six years of Ultra Space research and project explorations, alongside design awakening contributions by Trattie Davies, Ariel Ekblaw, Tiri Kananuruk, Kepler Karwas, Taylor Levy, Sarah Oppenheimer, Eeva-Liisa Pelkonen, Taylor Rees, Alexis Sablone, Che-Wei Wang, and Pamela Zoline.

The exhibition includes art and design objects from Yale School of Architecture, Yale MFA, and Yale School of Art students: Felix Aboagye, Aysel Aziz, Sophia Bachas-Daunert, Rizek Bahbah, Priscilla Barker, Gregorio Calleja Ayapantecati, Yong Choi, Amelia Gates, Deming Haines, Xinran Li, César López, Luke Louchheim, Jeeu Kim, Tyler Krebs, Aleksa Milojevic, Eunice Mwaka, Bella Ren, Logan Rubasch, McKenna Sabon, Asavari Saigal, U Jin Seah, Xin Tan, Ron Tau, Aya Wen, Kai Feng Wu, Ningxin Yao.
